That’s why it’s super important that you and your employees are living them every day, and to support them in doing this your values should be demonstrated and reinforced through key moments across your employee experience. Take some time to reflect on your company’s existing rituals and processes against the 5 key phases of the employee experience. Are there crucial moments in your employee’s experience where you know your values are really coming to life? Are there any moments you might have overlooked?
